Sam Tallis, President

Mr. Tallis received a B.S. Degree from Florida State University in 1993, and a J.D. from St. Thomas University in 2003.  An industry veteran, he has several years experience managing land crews throughout Texas and Louisiana, including the Barnett Shale and Haynesville Shale.   Mr. Tallis has also owned and operated his own real estate development company in South Florida.

Christopher M. Harrell,  Vice President and Legal Counsel

A native of San Antonio, Texas, Mr. Harrell received a B.S. from Texas Tech University in 1995 and graduated with  a J.D. from St. Mary’s University in 2002.  His background includes working as an associate attorney for an insurance defense firm before opening his own law practice in Fort Worth, Texas.   Mr. Harrell has extensive land experience in the Barnett Shale and has served as an in-house landman for a small exploration and production company in Wichita Falls, Texas.   He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas and Tarrant Bar Associations, the American Association of Petroleum Landmen, and the Fort Worth Association of Professional Landmen.
